Shipping and Returns
FREE Shipping
- All orders over $100 CAD qualify for FREE standard shipping within Canada and USA (not including taxes or other applicable fees).
Shipping Turnaround Time
- All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1- 3 business days. If items thought to be in stock are not available, you will be notified by email regarding your order/shipment options.
Keeping Track of Your Order
- Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Cancelling Your Order
- Once an order is placed, you may cancel it free of any penalty provided the order has not been processed for shipping. Please notify us immediately at customercare@maison108.com if you would like to cancel your order and make sure to reference your order number in all communication with us.
International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes associated with their orders
- International customers are responsible for full shipping and/or return costs (if order DOES NOT qualify for FREE shipping and returns)
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
FREE Returns
- All orders over $100 CAD qualify for FREE RETURNS within Canada and USA (EXCEPT Final Sale items including pierced jewelry, intimate apparel, fragrances and bespoke/personalized items)
- Customers have 30 DAYS from date of delivery to return regular priced items (NO returns will be accepted on FINAL SALE items including pierced jewelry, intimate apparel, fragrances and bespoke / personalized items)
RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS
- Purchases must be returned from the original ship to country (Canada or USA)
- Items must be returned in their unused, original condition with ALL Maison 108 tags attached and any related accessories included (i.e. belts, ties, sashes etc.)
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered items, or anything Maison 108 reasonably believes has been used, WILL NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Our goal is to ensure you are thoroughly happy with your purchase. However, our Customer Care team will assist if you wish to make a return and the required return shipping label will be emailed to you for your convenience.

Important:
- Please note you will be credited the original amount of your order LESS any duty, brokerage and/or surcharges levied by the carrier for the returned item(s)
- Please note you will be credited the original amount of your order LESS any shipping costs (if applicable i.e. if your order does not qualify for FREE return)
- We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service
- Please allow up to 14 DAYS from date of delivery of your returned item to our warehouse for your refund to be processed
EXCHANGES
- Unfortunately items cannot be exchanged. Please return your order using the “How to Return Your Purchase” process above and place a new order through maison108.com
